Are you scrambling to decide what to make for Easter?

Don’t worry—I’ve got you covered! These simple and flavor-packed recipes include everything from the main course to a side dish to a delicious dessert.

I know a lot of work goes into planning holiday menus, but what if you’re short on time? What if suddenly, the holiday meal got moved to your house, and you’re scrambling? Well, all of these recipes will fit the bill!

You’ll be giving off “I’ve been planning this menu for weeks” vibes, all while spending only a few minutes picking a few delicious recipes from this roundup!

And if you’re looking for the perfect meal for two, check out my first two sheet-pan meals under the main course section. They are perfect for a smaller holiday feast.

Main course recipes

I’m keeping it simple here by giving you a few options for both ham and lamb. Which to me, are the quintessential Easter main courses. Now, of course we have our non-traditional Easter dishes like Marinated Sheet Pan Salmon or Stuffed Pork Tenderloin but I’m sticking to the classics for these last minute meals.

Plus, during Easter time it’s easy to find an ample selection of both ham and lamb at your local grocery store.
