These 10 last minute Easter recipes will show you just how easy it is to plan a menu is just minutes. Dinner, side dish and dessert. I include ideas for it all!
If you’re anything like you me you’re scrambling about what to cook for Easter. Maybe it’s a quick side your looking for, or a fast dessert. Don’t worry, I have it covered! These 10 simple recipes are perfect for the non-planners. Plus they are all easy to cook and don’t require any special ingredients.
For our main course we have three simple and delicious options. If you’re going your more traditional route you will love this pineapple bourbon butter glazed ham. So simple and easy! For something a little more different try this rolled pork Florentine. It will blow your mind something so fancy is really so simple. Lastly I’m bringing a roasted asparagus soup to the table for the folks that prefer to not eat meat. Hey, vegetarians have to celebrate Easter too.
Side dishes are always my favorite party about any holiday meal. First up we have my most favorite dish to ever hit planet Earth – cheesy potatoes. Creamy, cheesy and easy to make…whats not to love? If you’re looking to get a little vegetable in your life how about these vanilla maple glazed carrots? They are perfect paired with ham. Lastly I went with something a little unique and maybe not so traditional. This cilantro apple slaw is big on flavor and the perfect light spring salad to add to your Easter menu.
Onto the sweetest part of any holiday meal – dessert! I like to keep things light and fruity on Easter so I’m giving you a few recipes to help keep your family happy at dessert time. First up we have grilled poundcake a la mode. This dish is easy and sure to be a giant crowd pleaser. Plus it’s a great way to use up any pound cake that might be hanging around. Next up we have lemon bars, the classic spring dessert. These babies are big on citrus flavor and add a bright cheery vibe to any dessert table. I can’t talk dessert without talking about my cheesecake stuffed strawberries. These are so easy to make and are sure to make everyone go crazy! If you like cheesecake you have to make these! Lastly we have something without fruit. I know, I said fruit at Easter but my own exception is when it comes to peanut butter. This Amish peanut butter pie is so delicious that after your first bite you will already be contemplating another slice.
I hope everyone has a fantastic Easter and enjoys the holiday!

Can't I just say 'yes' to everything there? Do you deliver? I'd love it all just plopped down on my dining room table tomorrow.
