I’m keeping it simple here by giving you a few options for both ham and lamb. Which to me, are the quintessential Easter main courses. Now, of course we have our non-traditional Easter dishes like Marinated Sheet Pan Salmon or Stuffed Pork Tenderloin but I’m sticking to the classics for these last minute meals.
