You won’t have to worry about what to make once you see these 10 last minutes mother’s day recipes. I have you covered from breakfast to dinner to dessert….
I have never been good at planning out holidays and other random festivities. I have always been a last minute Minnie and usually just want until the day of the event and wing it. Well, if you’re anything like me you’re in for luck! I gathered up 10 of my most favorite recipes that would work perfectly for Mother’s Day.
First up we have breakfast. I know some families like to gather together and do breakfast instead of dinner. We were not this family but I wouldn’t have minded if we were! I’m such a fan of breakfast that I would never turn it down.
Next up we have the main course! What holiday is complete without meat? I made sure to include easy to prepare and cook dishes that can be whipped up by dad and kids. Trust me, mom will swoon over all this deliciousness.
Meyer Lemon Mayonnaise Roasted Chicken
Finally we get to the good part – dessert! This little collection is packed full of crumby bits, sweet cinnamon and drizzled vanilla bean honey. Trust me, one of these desserts are sure to make your mom mine.

Wow, that is a round-up. Because I am a breakfast person. I mentally ate all the breakfast dishes. I was so full, I had to wait hours to get hungry again. So there I was deep deep in desserts. So I mentally ate all of those too. Ha!
