This cheesy salsa burger is perfect for your Cinco de Mayo celebration. This baby is packed full of flavor and lots of Sabra salsa. This is one packed burger!

I love how basically anything I’m crushing on becomes “my jam.”
For example:
“This burger is totally my jam!”
“Bourbon is totally my jam!”
” ‘N Syncs ‘Bye Bye Bye’ is still totally my jam!”
Ok, maybe lets leave out that last example. But really if this conversation was taking place in real life I would lean over and say “Just kidding! ‘N Sync really is still my jam.”

You know what else is still my jam? Sabra salsa. I don’t just talk about this stuff because I work with Sabra I talk about it because I really freaking love the stuff. The reason I love it? It doesn’t have that weird mushy salsa from the jar taste. This baby is fresh and packed full of chunky flavor. It comes in several different flavors but my favorite is the homestyle medium salsa.
What can I say – I’m a traditional homestyle kind of girl.

It’s almost Cinco de Mayo so I thought this salsa packed burger would be perfect for dinner. It’s not your normal ho-hum burger – this baby is packed full of shredded cheese, salsa and tons of spice. Then I grilled it up, covered it in cheese, topped it with salsa and avocado and called it a day.
Because I’m a nice wife I shared some burgers but if I’m being honest I wanted to eat all of them for lunch.
Yes, all of them.
Yes, this recipe makes 4-6 burgers. Stop judging me.

Salsa on a burger? Sign me up!
I love the chunkiness of Sabra salsa, we use it all the time but on a burger is such a great idea! Can’t wait to make this one!
Duh, I am making this tonight for dinner!
Now that’s how burgers are meant to BE! That’s my kinda jam! Pinning to enjoy very soon!
This is perfect for Cinco de Mayo! What a gorgeous burger!
I’m addicted to the Sabra pico de gallo salsa. Oh and the mango peach. And Southwestern. Ok maybe I just love them all, but I’m pretty sure I ate a whole container of pico de gallo the other night. Anyway, I still don’t know what I’m making for Cinco de Mayo tomorrow, and since I have Sabra in the fridge, I may just be making burgers.
Sabra makes so many great eats (I’m currently in love with their Greek yogurt dips!). Love what you did with the salsa and this beautiful burger!
Not afraid to admit I like boy bands—’N Sync, Back Street Boys, 98 Degrees… This burger certainly looks delicious! It is a hardy lunch and packs a ton of flavor. Yum!
Oh wow, what a burger!! This is simply fabulous – I love all spices and avocado and fries – this is my kinda meal!!
Ain’t nothin’ wrong with a good boy band. Love me some N Sync. I have been munching on Sabra’s salsa nonstop. It’s delicious-so fresh and spicy. Love this burger. Pinned.
