This post has been sponsored by Alexia! As always all opinions and thoughts are 100% my own.

The first time I had this dip was a few years ago when my best friend brought it to a party. It was so delicious that I could. not. stop. eating. it. I swear I kept running back to the pan and dipping my chips. It was heaven! In fact my dad loved it so much he just took a scoop and threw it on his plate. Then he ate it straight. I mean I love that dip a lot but maybe not that much.

That’s a lie. I would probably eat this plain. I mean it’s got bacon…and cheese…and more bacon…

You get it – it’s awesome. I think it’s great when simply served with crispy potato chips but my favorite way is with french fries. It’s literally like eating a GIANT baked potato in dip form. It’s so freaking amazing I don’t even know what else to say.

Except that you should make it.

Obvi.

Now we all know I used french fries as my dipper but not just any french fries. I used Alexia 98% fat free crinkle cut fries. They cook up in no time and get a crisp little outside with soft potato inside. Plus they’re a little bit better for you than traditional fat fried potatoes.

I know the Super Bowl is coming up (it almost landed on my birthday but I lucked out!) and I’m pretty sure if you made this dip you would be LOVED by all! In fact, everyone might actually forget about the football just to eat this dip!

Well, unless you’re really really really into football. I wouldn’t know that feeling since I’m really just in the Super Bowl for the food, half time shows, commercials and puppy/kitten bowls.

Yeah, I could totally eat this straight but I bet it’s even more delicious on Alexia fries! I always keep a bag or two in the freezer since they’re MUCH quicker than making my own…love them!

Whoa. I think I may need to be alone for a moment with this dip. LOL And if I AM alone with it, I will surely eat the whole darned thing. Dang! And I love Alexia products. We are never (ever!) without a bag of sweet potato fries in our freezer. Now I need to make this dip so that I can dip those beauties right in there!
