Welcome to day three of The Twelve Boozy Days of Christmas!
This drink is absolutely scrumptious. I swear. It’s an alcohol infused dessert cocktail. Whats not to love?!?! I originally had this drink at Outback Steakhouse and knew I had to figure out how to make one at home. I’m not rich enough to go out and pay for one of these drinks every time I crave one…which is a lot…
I used my homemade gingerbread syrup in this recipe but if you want to use pre-made syrup go for it.
Gingerbread Martini:
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
1/2 ounce Kahlúa liqueur
1/2 ounce gingerbread syrup
1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream — semi-melted
Whipped cream
Combine all ingredients with ice in shaker. Shake until smooth and pour into chilled glass. Top with whipped cream if desired. I grated fresh nutmeg on top too.

I love gingerbread!
I love gingerbread!
I rarely drink alcohol, but this is just the type I love! Lots of sweet. And Kahlua is my fave!
This is so much fun! dessert martinis are the best kind in my opinion. I bet this tastes like Christmas.

fabulous idea, love it!
I could definitely go for 12 boozy days. lol. I love this.
Delicious – who could say no to gingerbread in a drink!
Great use for the gingerbread syrup! I bet this was fantastic!
three for three. the plop of whipped cream on top really brought this one home.
This one looks delish – they all do – but, I can no longer tolerate alcohol! It is a bummer! I really miss a cheery little drink (or few) and the red cheeks and giggles that glow along with it!
I love this idea for posts!
What fun… and which one were you drinking when you went to look at the Christmas tree last night?

Ohhh, I would love to try one of these this holiday!!!. A very spirited dessert. Stumbled, bookmarked, and remembered!!!
Not a martini. Martini = vermouth, gin, olive brine. Thats it.
H-Dizzle, Have a few of these and you wont be worried about semantics!
