It’s day four of The Twelve Boozy Days of Christmas….hooray! Today I’m bringing you a lovely holiday drink that you could easily sip all day long. Well, as long as your not driving.
Plus I like to think of it as healthy since it’s filled with fresh pomegranate seeds and juice. That makes it healthy….

Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail: (AKA Healthy Juice!)
2 cups pomegranate juice
1 1/2 cup lemon seltzer water
1/2 cup vodka
2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate seeds
Combine first 3 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup into ice filled cup. Or pour all of it into a really huge iced cup. Whichever seems to fit your mood. Stir in pomegranate seeds if desired.
