Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail

This sparkling pomegranate cocktail is the perfect holiday drink. Full of pomegranate juice, fresh pomegranate seeds, vodka and just a touch of seltzer water.
It’s day four of The Twelve Boozy Days of Christmas….hooray! Today I’m bringing you a lovely holiday drink that you could easily sip all day long. Well, as long as your not driving.
Plus I like to think of it as healthy since it’s filled with fresh pomegranate seeds and juice. That makes it healthy….
Right?
Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail
This sparkling pomegranate cocktail is the perfect holiday drink. Full of pomegranate juice, fresh pomegranate seeds, vodka and just a touch of seltzer water.
Yield: 4 cocktails
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 1/2 cup lemon seltzer water
- Fresh pomegranate seeds

Directions:
Combine pomegranate juice and vodka. Divide between 4 ice filled short cocktail glasses.
Top with seltzer water and stir in desired amount of pomegranate seeds.
*At 4 drinks per batch it makes each drink 1 ounce of vodka. Add more if desired!

I love that pomegranates and pomegranate juice has become more widely available, because that colour is just so Christmassy.
