Chocolate Covered Marzipan Hearts
These chocolate covered marzipan hearts are perfect for Valentine's Day. Impress your sweetie with some delicious homemade candy.
Ingredients:
Marzipan
Good Quality Milk Chocolate
White chocolate (optional)
Directions:
Roll out marzipan and cut out hearts with small heart shaped cookie cutters. You can also roll into balls or cut into squares.
Melt chocolate over a double boiler and dip the marzipan until covered in chocolate. Lay on rack to harden.
If you wish you can drizzle with white chocolate.
