Welcome to day nine of The Twelve Boozy Days of Christmas!
I could really use a mug of this hot chocolate right now. I’m absolutely freezing! If anyone wants to send me on a trip to somewhere tropical I’ll go….gladly 🙂
Now, about the hot chocolate. I made it by warming whole milk, heavy cream and sugar. Once warm I just whisked in chopped chocolate. Oh my talk about delicious. Adding a splash of peppermint schnapps totally put it over the top. A little minty, a lot chocolty and tons of deliciousness…yum!
