These goat cheese prosciutto phyllo bites are the perfect holiday appetizer!
I’m a sucker for all things appetizers.
I could happily spend my whole dinner snacking on one and two-bite treats, especially if we talk about these little goat cheese prosciutto phyllo bites! They taste like someone took a fancy cheese ball, wrapped it in a crispy shell, and topped it with a sweet little berry.
It’s the best of all worlds and, as much as I hate to say this, a party in the mouth.
This appetizer is salty and savory, with just a sweetness from the fresh blackberry popped on top.

My Pro Tips
Appetizer Recipe Tips
- The phyllo shells are pre-cooked, so you can serve them straight from the package or lightly toast them if desired.
- Chives are used in this recipe, but green onions could be used in a pinch.
- Use creamy goat cheese, which will combine better with the cream cheese.
- If needed, you can crisp your prosciutto in the air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes, then cook in 1-minute increments until crispy.
