These goat cheese prosciutto phyllo bites are the perfect holiday appetizer!

I’m a sucker for all things appetizers.

I could happily spend my whole dinner snacking on one and two-bite treats, especially if we talk about these little goat cheese prosciutto phyllo bites! They taste like someone took a fancy cheese ball, wrapped it in a crispy shell, and topped it with a sweet little berry.

It’s the best of all worlds and, as much as I hate to say this, a party in the mouth.

This appetizer is salty and savory, with just a sweetness from the fresh blackberry popped on top.

If you’re short on time and looking for the perfect holiday appetizer, this is for you. To make it, you just crisp up the prosciutto, mix it with the cheese, scoop it into a crunchy phyllo shell, and top it with a blackberry.

It’s the easiest appetizer on planet Earth.

My Pro Tips

Appetizer Recipe Tips

  • The phyllo shells are pre-cooked, so you can serve them straight from the package or lightly toast them if desired.
  • Chives are used in this recipe, but green onions could be used in a pinch.
  • Use creamy goat cheese, which will combine better with the cream cheese.
  • If needed, you can crisp your prosciutto in the air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes, then cook in 1-minute increments until crispy.
