Cheesecake doesn’t have to be in cake form. This sweet creamy cheesecake dip is perfect for any holiday party!

Hi all! I’m making this delicious dessert for a little event called Healthy Holidays by the lovely blogger Carly of Createlive. A few of us got together and created a few lighted up holiday dishes. Come check us out!

When I think of Thanksgiving I don’t think of turkey, or yams or even fresh baked bread. I think of dessert! Growing up there were a million different desserts. Every pie you could think of, cookies, brownies, jello molds (don’t judge, I grew up in the mid-west) and of course, cheesecake. The cheesecakes I always grew up with soft and creamy and never heavy and dense like you see in New York. This was probably because they were Jello No-Bake but I still loved them!

The cheesecakes of my past where a definite inspiration for this dip. If you are hosting dinner you need a quick dessert and this will totally fit the bill! You can put this dessert together in under 20 minutes and can even be made the night before. Over the summer I made cheesecake stuffed strawberries that I thought were the most simple cheesecake dish ever. I was wrong. This is even easier!

This looks great! The kids would love it. It’s also easy enough that they could help make it. 🙂
This looks absolutely delicious – I am a huge fan of cheesecake in any form.
I love neufchâtel cheese! This looks so yummy 🙂 I want some now, haha
I would totally forego all of thanksgiving in exchange for a meal’s worth of dessert. This cheesecake dip sounds fabulous! And with fruit dipped in…totally virtuous also.
We always had a ton of different desserts too! But never a cheesecake dip! So heavenly!
Sounds amazing, especially with the hint of caramelly brown sugar. Would be really nice after a huge meal where you don’t want a big dessert but you still feel like a little something…
OK, “healthy” wasn’t a word I expected to see in this post after reading the title! It was a pleasant surprise. 🙂 I remember your cheesecake strawberries and STILL really want to make them. They were brill, as is this dip! I love it. So, do tell, where did you grow up and what brought you to NY?
It sounds and looks delicious – a perfect addition to a little dessert or even appetizer bar.
What a delicious fresh looking dessert, strawberry cheesecake is a big hit with the Glam Teens. GG
Yum!! I cannot wait to make this… And then gobble it up. 🙂
