We all know how much I love mango, right? It’s the absolute perfect summer fruit!
If you have fresh mango on hand, you could easily puree your own to create your mango juice OR be on the lookout for mango nectar in your store.
It can typically be found in the international aisle.

What is a mojito?
A mojito is a classic drink from Cuba. It’s light, refreshing, and just slightly sweet.
Traditionally, a mojito is a white rum, limes, mint, sugar, and club soda.
To release the mint’s flavor, it’s important not to skip the step of muddling your mint in the glass. I like to use a wooden muddler to help gently bruise the mint to release its flavor.
Do I have to use white rum in my mojito?
Yes and no.
Do you want it to have a more traditional flavor? Then, yes, you’ll want to use white rum.
Not a fan of white rum? I have used vodka in its place, and while the outcome is delicious, it does change the flavor profile.
I also used coconut rum in my coconut mojito.
Which is delicious, but you must love that coconut flavor.

The best thing I did when I made my mango barbecue sauce was try to peel a mango on the rim of a glass like you see on Pinterest. Worked.like.a.charm!! Just slice in half, place the edge on the rim, and push. It does work!!
These look amazing. I honestly could eat my weight in mango. Pinned!!
This looks fantastic, what a beautiful Mojito! Perfect for summer, thanks for sharing!
Mangos are crazy good. I believe this cocktail needs to happen this Friday!
Precut fruit is sometimes my savor. Oh and precut butternut squash. The words that fly from my kitchen when I am attempting to cut into one of those guys……but can I just have a few of these mango mojitos awaiting for me? That will make all well.
You know this is going on my list!!! I would love it if you would link it up to Tipsy Tuesday at Grey is the New Black!
You had me at Mojito, and then I fell head over heels with addition of mango.
Hello Mango!! What beautiful pictures! I would love this cocktail and can’t wait to try it in 3 1/2 months after I have baby girl! So so delicious. Totally agree about mangos…and the mango cutter thing doesn’t really work. Wish I could get my $5 back. Precut all the way girl!
This cocktail looks so tasty and refreshing. Your pictures are beautiful. Makes we want to order this up right away.
Yum! I will definitely be making these for by the pool this summer! And I have never seen precut mangos at my grocery store, but I will be on the watch, because I am always afraid I am going to cut myself! Your photos are gorgeous too. I can’t wait to try these!
Haha, the beginning of your post reminded me of Pitch Perfect.. have you seen that movie? 🙂
