This boozy pumpkin pie latte is full of delicious flavors like Kahlua, Rumchata, and salted caramel vodka, mixed with a little pumpkin pie spice and some coffee, and you’ve got a great drink all your adult guests will love!

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good pumpkin coffee drink (like my Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew,) but sometimes I need something a little more sophisticated and fun.

Trust me, your guests won’t wanna miss out on this pumpkin pie boozy latte!

Or maybe you want that pumpkin flavor with a tea twist? Try this iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte.

Ingredients to make Boozy Pumpkin Pie Latte.

Ingredients for boozy pumpkin pie latte

  • Kahlua – This is a coffee-flavored alcohol that will help enhance the flavor of the coffee in our drink.
  • Rumchata – Rumchata is rum-based alcohol, with cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Salted caramel vodka – This will add a touch of sweetness with a spicy vodka kick.
  • Coffee – Feel free to use your favorite coffee blend here.
  • Pumpkin pie puree – This will give the drink some body and a yummy pumpkin flavor.
  • Pumpkin pie spice – Feel free to use homemade or your favorite store-bought variety.
  • Whipped cream – Everything tastes better with a generous dollop of sweet and creamy whipped cream!

Make your own pumpkin spice

Pumpkin pie spice can be found easily in the spice aisle of most major grocery stores.

But there’s nothing wrong with wanting to make your own at home!

My favorite blend is cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

Other toppings

While my favorite is whipped cream, feel free to use your own favorites!

Mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup, or a drizzle of caramel sauce would all be delicious in this pumpkin pie boozy latte.

Storage and leftovers of a boozy latte

These drinks are best made right before serving and don’t do well when stored afterward.

Enjoy responsibly!
