This cool and creamy frozen lime pie is the perfect summertime dessert. Made with sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, and a graham cracker crust, your guests will love it!
The best part of any summer party or backyard BBQ is arguably the dessert!
With a crunchy, graham cracker crust, sweetened condensed milk, and bright and fresh lime juice, this frozen lime pie will cool off your guests on even the hottest of days.
And no one wants to be stuck in a hot kitchen all day during the summer, so we let the blender do all of the work for us; it’s literally dump, blend, pour, and freeze. Easy!
I’ve made my own graham cracker crust here, but you could totally buy a premade crust from your local grocery store and turn this into 100% no-bake frozen lime pie.
You’re definitely going to want seconds of this frozen lime pie!

Ingredients for frozen lime pie
For crust:
- Graham cracker crumbs – A classic crispy, sweet graham flavor for the base of our pie.
- Melted butter – This is the chosen fat to help hold the crust’s shape.
For pie filling:
- Sweetened condensed milk – This thick and creamy condensed milk is the perfect base for our lime filling.
- Evaporated milk – Evaporated milk will give us the fat content we need without all the extra water.
- Lime juice and zest – Fresh is best! I do not recommend using bottled juice for this recipe.
Topping additions
You can top this frozen lime pie with just about anything!
Fresh whipped cream, sweet berry compote, fresh lime zest, shredded toasted coconut, or even sliced and toasted almonds!
You’re only limited by your imagination.
Making this fully no bake
I’ve made my own graham cracker crust for this recipe, but get it, on some summer days the heat and humidity win, and I want nothing to do with turning on my oven.
In cases like these, I turn to the grocery store for extra help!
Pre-made graham cracker crusts are widely available in most major grocery stores, usually in the baking aisles.
Storage and leftovers
Leftovers of this frozen lime pie can be covered with plastic wrap and placed back in the freezer for up to 3 days.
