Ok, I SWEAR I’ll be bringing you some fun new fall dessert recipes BUT until that times come I’m still summer up in herrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I’m also all about summer desserts that only need 5 ingredients and it 100% no bake. YES! So easy and so freaking delicious. When Philia asked me to review her book I was all over it because who doesn’t love easy and fast recipes?

Seriously, this book gives you so many fun recipes and the best part is that you don’t need to buy a bazillion different ingredients for each recipe. HELLO! all the recipes are only 5 ingredients!

So as you can see I opted to showcase a delicious dessert because I’m seriously the biggest fan of sweet treats EVER! I whipped all the ingredients together, filled up the graham cracker crusts, topped them with strawberries and waited (impatiently) for them to firm up so I could dive in.

I sampled one before Art got home but I was sure to save him the remaining 5 tarts. It’s hard for me to share desserts but I do it because my waistline needs no extra inches!

No Bake Strawberry Tartlets

These no bake strawberry tartlets are the perfect way to end the summer. Plus this recipe only needs 5 ingredients and is prepared in just 15 minutes!

Yield: 6 mini tartlets

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutesplus chilling time

Ingredients:

  • 6 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 strawberries, whole or sliced

Directions:

Set out mini graham cracker crusts.

In a large bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, then add the cool whipped topping and beat until combined. The mixture will be thick.

With a spatula, scoop a sixth of the filling and press it into one of the mini graham crusts. Repeat until all of the mini pies are filled. Top each filled tartlet with a strawberry and refrigerate till set, about 1 hour or overnight.

Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
