Looking for the perfect summer sangria? Look no further than this delicious combination of red wine, brandy, triple sec, and tons of fresh fruit.
Of course, you can use whatever fruit you have on hand, but this combination of apples, oranges, limes, strawberries, and cherries is a mix of sangria favorites. Apple and citrus to keep it classic, and cherries and strawberries to keep it summer.

Ingredients for summer sangria
- Dry red wine
- Orange juice
- Granulated sugar
- Triple sec
- Brandy
- Orange
- Lime
- Apple
- Strawberries
- Cherries
- Seltzer water
How to make
I love sangria because it’s easy to make, great for a crowd, and it tastes fabulous!
- Add red wine, granulated sugar, orange juice, triple sec, brandy, and fruit in a pitcher.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the granulated sugar to dissolve.
- Before serving, add ice to glasses, pour in sangria, and top with seltzer water.

Summertime Sangria

Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry red wine
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup brandy
- ¼ cup triple sec liqueur
- 1 large red apple, cored and cubed
- ½ large orange, thinly sliced
- 1 whole lime, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup halved fresh cherries
- 1 liter plain seltzer water
Instructions
- In a pitcher combine red wine, granulated sugar, orange juice, brandy, and triple sec. Stir to combine.
- Add in your apple, orange, lime, strawberries, and cherries. Stir to combine.
- Place your pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld, and the sugar has time to dissolve.
- To serve, fill each glass with ice, fill it 2/3 of the way full with the wine mixture, and top it with seltzer water. Don't forget to eat the delicious wine soaked fruit!
